Website User Guide

Complete bilingual guide for students, teachers, and administrators.

Mulai Menggunakan Website

  1. Buka alamat website ini melalui browser: https://silenish.fun/index.php.
  2. Gunakan menu Home, Story Telling, Vocabulary, Quiz, dan Help.
  3. Klik Login untuk masuk sebagai siswa, guru, atau administrator.
  4. Pastikan role login sesuai dengan akun yang digunakan.

Panduan Siswa

  1. Login sebagai siswa untuk membuka quiz dan dashboard.
  2. Buka Story Telling untuk membaca cerita dan mendengarkan audio cerita.
  3. Buka Vocabulary untuk mencari kata, memfilter kategori, mendengarkan pelafalan, dan menyimpan kata favorit.
  4. Buka Quiz, kerjakan 30 soal acak, lalu submit jawaban.
  5. Lihat hasil quiz, grafik nilai, riwayat nilai, dan sertifikat jika nilai memenuhi syarat.

Panduan Guru

  1. Login sebagai guru untuk membuka dashboard guru.
  2. Lihat foto profil, kelas yang diampu, jumlah siswa, dan rata-rata nilai.
  3. Buka Kelola Data Siswa untuk melihat dan mengubah data siswa pada kelas yang diampu saja.
  4. Guru dapat mengubah nama, NIS, username, password, dan mengunggah foto siswa.
  5. Buka Melihat Nilai & Grafik untuk memantau hasil quiz siswa pada kelas tersebut.
  6. Buka Kelola Soal untuk menambah, mengedit, atau menghapus soal quiz.

Panduan Administrator

  1. Login sebagai administrator untuk membuka dashboard admin.
  2. Gunakan CRUD Guru, Kelas, Siswa, dan Soal untuk mengelola data utama.
  3. Pada CRUD Kelas, pilih homeroom teacher dari nama guru yang sudah tersimpan di database.
  4. Pada CRUD Siswa, import file XLSX atau CSV dengan kolom nama, nis, dan kelas atau nama_kelas.
  5. Siswa hasil import otomatis memakai username siswa + ID auto increment dan password default password.
  6. Pilih file foto pada data guru atau siswa jika ingin memakai foto tertentu.
  7. Buka Hasil Quiz untuk melihat nilai dan mencetak laporan.
  8. Gunakan Export Excel atau Import Soal Excel sesuai kebutuhan.
  9. Jika website sudah dihosting, sesuaikan konfigurasi database dan unggah file website ke hosting atau server.

Pengaturan Foto

  1. Pilih file gambar JPG, PNG, GIF, atau WEBP pada form foto guru atau siswa.
  2. File foto yang diunggah akan tersimpan otomatis di folder assets/images.
  3. Jika tidak memilih file foto, website tetap memakai foto lama atau foto default.
  4. Logout lalu login ulang agar foto pada navbar diperbarui.

Bantuan Masalah Umum

  1. Jika halaman tidak terbuka, periksa domain, subdomain, atau URL website apakah sudah aktif.
  2. Jika database error, periksa konfigurasi database pada hosting dan pastikan database english_learning sudah di-import.
  3. Jika login gagal, periksa username, password, dan pilihan role.
  4. Jika gambar lama masih muncul, muat ulang halaman dan bersihkan cache browser bila perlu.

Getting Started

  1. Open this website in your browser: https://silenish.fun/index.php.
  2. Use the Home, Story Telling, Vocabulary, Quiz, and Help menus.
  3. Click Login to enter as a student, teacher, or administrator.
  4. Make sure the selected login role matches your account.

Student Guide

  1. Log in as a student to open the quiz and student dashboard.
  2. Open Story Telling to read stories and listen to story audio.
  3. Open Vocabulary to search words, filter categories, listen to pronunciation, and save favorite words.
  4. Open Quiz, answer 30 randomized questions, then submit your answers.
  5. View your quiz result, score chart, score history, and certificate when eligible.

Teacher Guide

  1. Log in as a teacher to open the teacher dashboard.
  2. View your profile photo, assigned class, student count, and average score.
  3. Open Manage Student Data to view and edit only students from your assigned class.
  4. Teachers can edit student name, NIS, username, password, and upload a student photo.
  5. Open Scores & Chart to monitor quiz results from that class.
  6. Open Manage Questions to add, edit, or delete quiz questions.

Administrator Guide

  1. Log in as an administrator to open the admin dashboard.
  2. Use Teacher, Class, Student, and Question CRUD pages to manage main data.
  3. In Class CRUD, choose the homeroom teacher from teacher names already saved in the database.
  4. In Student CRUD, import an XLSX or CSV file with nama, nis, and kelas or nama_kelas columns.
  5. Imported students automatically use siswa + auto increment ID as username and password as the default password.
  6. Choose a photo file for teachers or students when using a custom photo.
  7. Open Quiz Results to view scores and print reports.
  8. Use Export Excel or Import Questions when needed.
  9. When the website is hosted, update the database configuration and upload the project files to the hosting server.

Photo Setup

  1. Choose a JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP image file in the teacher or student photo form.
  2. Uploaded photo files are saved automatically in the assets/images folder.
  3. If no photo file is selected, the website keeps the old photo or uses the default profile photo.
  4. Log out and log in again to refresh the photo in the navbar.

Troubleshooting

  1. If the page cannot be opened, check whether the domain, subdomain, or website URL is active.
  2. If a database error appears, check the hosting database configuration and make sure the english_learning database has been imported.
  3. If login fails, check the username, password, and selected role.
  4. If an old image still appears, reload the page and clear browser cache if needed.
